Custom Planter Process

Step 1 - Design

Contact us, please share any details on the project. Include your landscape plans, sketches, or even quick photos of the space where you’d like to see your new custom planters. Include any examples of similar planters or concepts. We’ll reply within 24 hours with ideas and preliminary pricing estimates.

Step 2 - Refine Details and Finishes

We narrow options quickly of planters, material, textures and colors, and we’ll ship samples as needed.

Options include:

- Dimensions
Any size planter available. To enable shipping for very large planters, we can build using modular walls or connection kits for oversized installations.

- Material
Fiberglass, concrete, or a combination.

- Texture
Smooth, sand texture, stucco, or our beautiful brushed stucco.

- Color
Matched to any RAL, Pantone, sample or commercial paint color.

- Finish
Matte to high gloss.

Step 3 - Final Quote and Order

Based on email or phone discussions, we'll price out the planter(s) you are looking for and provide a link to purchase via credit card.

Once the purchase is made, we will provide shop drawings or CAD models to confirm the dimensions. We'll also send color and finish samples for approval.

Production and Shipping

In our own factory, our team will start production. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to ship from when the order is placed.

Smaller planters ship UPS, while larger planters or larger quantities will ship on a pallet and be delivered curbside or white glove to your final location.

On Going Care and Warranty

Every custom planter is built for long-term outdoor performance and backed by a 3-year warranty.

Maintenance is simple—just mild soap and water. If you ever need repairs, we supply color-matched touch-up kits to keep your planters looking new.
